All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, the Most Forgiving, and the Most Merciful. O Allah, may Your infinite mercy and peace be upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, his family, his companions, and his followers until the Day of Judgment.
O Allah,

We are Your servants, we stand before You with our heads bowed. You know everything that is in our hearts. All our open and secret deeds are clear to You. O Lord of the Worlds, forgive us all our sins—small and big, intentional and unintentional, knowing and unknowing. Purify our hearts, and keep us free from envy, arrogance, and hypocrisy.

O Allah,
Give us lawful and pure sustenance in our lives. Bless our sustenance, make the little that is sufficient. Keep us away from forbidden things, usury, injustice, and illegal earnings. Give us success in our careers, progress in business, focus and knowledge in our studies. Fulfill all our legitimate dreams.
Ya Rahman,
Remove our worries, free us from debt, ease our hardships. Grant healing to those who are sick. Grant deliverance to those in danger. Grant peace in our hearts, tranquility in our homes, love and unity in our families. Increase love between husband and wife, and make our children righteous and pious.

O Allah,

Forgive our parents and bestow special mercy on them. Make the graves of those who have passed away a garden of Paradise. Forgive our ancestors. Make us children who will continue to give charity to our parents.
Ya Ghafurur Rahim,
Strengthen our faith. Grant us the ability to remain steadfast on the Word until our last breath. Protect us from the evil schemes of Satan. Protect our eyes, ears, tongues and hearts from sin. Grant us the ability to do more dhikr, prayers, recitation of the Quran and good deeds.

O Allah,
Give us a respectable life in this world and success in the Hereafter. Make the difficult day of Judgment easy for us. Make our reckoning easy, give our deeds in our right hands and grant us Jannatul Firdaus. Protect us from the fire of Hell.
O Lord of the worlds,
Accept all our prayers. You are the best guardian, the best helper. We have no refuge except for Your mercy. Guide our lives to the path of Your pleasure and include us among the righteous servants.

Then recite 33 times:
“Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un.” (33 times)

(Meaning: Indeed, we belong to Allah and indeed, to Him we shall return.)

Finally, recite Durood Sharif 3 times again:
“Allahumma salli ala Muhammadin wa ala ali Muhammad.” (3 times)

This action is a powerful dhikr for patience, freedom from danger, and gaining the pleasure of Allah.
